Our barrel-aged sour projects are fermenting!

Thanks to our friends over at Rocky Mountain Barrel Company and East Coast Yeast, our sours are actively fermenting! The first is an american sour aged in chardonnay barrels and the second is a flanders red aged in cabernet sauvignon barrels.

    when will the casks be ready?

      The sours will probably be at least 6 months out, but it’s impossible to predict at this point.
