Our seven deadly stouts series will be starting later this months. In case you didn’t know, we release seven different stouts over the winter, each named after one of the seven deadly sins.
We are actually releasing 2 bottles this weekend. Orcus, our Scotch Ale Aged in Peated Scotch Barrels, and Prominence, our Flanders Red Ale Fermented and Aged in Cabernet Barrels.
Yesterday at the NJ Bbq beer fest, I tried a smores stout, which was great. I don’t see it on your beer list, or on the events website, did I imagine it? Any info on this brew?
Hi my name is bill we are having a beer fest at Fords park in Woodbridge Nj on July 9 2016 we would like to know if you could participate in this event looking forward to hearing from you
Hey, Tom! As we discussed at Ellery’s, I’m going to need a keg each of Double Dementia and Scarlet Night for Saturday, July 25. Will you be providing taps along with the sixtels or will I need to try to find some? Also, please let me know when I can come down to handle the arrangements. Thanks a lot.
Hey Mark! Unfortunately, we don’t supply taps with keg purchases. We will probably be open to the public next weekend so you can just come in during our tasting room hours to pick up the kegs. If we are not open, we can make other arrangements.
Either one of those should work just fine. One thing to keep in mind though… when you use a party pump like that you introduce air to the keg so you’ll want to kick those kegs that day or the beer will oxidize.
Beer will be kegged in sixtels with standard d system valves. We probably won’t be filling corny kegs at our opening, but we are considering it in the future.
Our tasting room isn’t open yet. We are targeting July 17th, but that is subject to change. We will be updating our web site and social media with more information about the grand opening as we get closer. Our hours will be weekdays 5-10pm and weekends 12-10pm.
