Tomorrow we will be releasing Fury, our sour stout!
Unfortunately, our yield from the first batch of Wrath was just enough to fill our bourbon barrels. We will be brewing a second batch that will be released later this month.
This sour stout was made from the second runnings of Wrath, our Russian imperial stout. Still a huge beer, it was kettle soured before fermentation to give it a nice robust tart flavor.
This beer, being a small batch, will only be available in flights and drafts. Sorry, no growler fills.
